Math Test : a booking agent from Ohio (Jim Sorry) is claiming on his web site Quote: "The new packages have been so well received that over 300 guests (Making us the largest fly-in fishing operation in Quebec)..." and again Quote: "Lake Rossignol: (Once again booked solid for the entire season )..."
now lets do some math: Rossignol has a 12 week season and has a capacity of 12 persons per week = 144 guest @ $2640 per person = $380,160.00
Then another 300 Guests at average of $2500 per person = $750,000.00
and lets not forget the Caribou hunters he claims to book (we have it in writing) : 247 = over one million Dollars ($1,000,000..) in revenue. Don't forget, he states he is a part Owner of this (funny, but Revenue Quebec has no record of it)!
Now : how does this work ????!: a United States Company takes in over 2 million in revenue from American Citizens, then transfers it to Canadian Companies.
We think we will leave the rest up to Revenue Canada and the IRS because it is just to complicated, with GST and all that stuff.
How does it work when the unlicensed American booking Agent (JS) goes to Canada (does not tell Canadian Customs you are contucting business) and sells used motors and equipment for CASH (over $10,000), and never reports it to Revenue Quebec!? Only time will tell.
